Products and prices

Product descriptions, selected options, prices and delivery information are provided before you order. Prices are in pounds sterling. The total payable, including delivery charges, is shown before you place the order. We are not VAT-registered and do not charge VAT separately or issue VAT invoices.

We will not substitute a different product or change the agreed order price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable goods.

Your order

Please check the product, size, colour, quantity, delivery details and order total before submitting. An automated order receipt acknowledges your order; we confirm acceptance separately when the order is dispatched.

We are responsible to you for the goods we sell, including when a supplier dispatches them directly. Risk passes to you when you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession.

Delivery and cancellation

Read our Delivery and Returns pages for the applicable arrangements. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. A supplier’s business terms do not replace your contract with us.

Questions and complaints

Write to the business correspondence address above and include your order number if relevant. These terms do not take away any mandatory consumer protection or access to courts available where you live.
