Delivery availability, charges and the estimated arrival window are shown before payment. We do not accept an order for a destination until delivery is supported.

Processing and transit

Supplier processing time is separate from courier transit time. Please use the complete estimate for your chosen product rather than assuming that a transit estimate starts on the day you order.

Items from different suppliers may arrive separately. We will explain any separate delivery charges before you pay.

Order updates

We will email order and dispatch updates. Tracking information will be supplied when available from the supplier or carrier. Write to our business correspondence address if an order is delayed or arrives damaged.
